What happens at camp

Programme

Six days, from the welcome to the departure. Everything your child will do — session by session, night by night. The hour-by-hour grid is on the home page.

The programme may change. Times and activities are adjusted for weather, operations or safety, and the final version is sent to the family before departure.

Training

Indoor courts, every day

Two sessions a day, split by level and by position. The day-one assessment session decides which group each athlete joins — challenged, not drowning.

  • Atleta finalizando a bola em quadra, gol ao fundo
    morning and afternoon

    Tactical-technical session

Collective tactical-technical work, with the group split by level. It is the core of the week and where progress is measured.

  • Disputa de bola em quadra com famĂlias acompanhando da arquibancada
    daily, 11 am

    Complementary session

Injury-prevention and movement work, so the body handles two sessions a day without breaking down.

  • Membros do staff recebendo e cumprimentando as crianças na chegada
    early afternoon

    Mental and group work

Sport psychology with the group: responding to mistakes, communicating on court and what to do when a match turns.

Clinics

Every position with someone who lives it

The clinic is where the athlete steps out of the collective and trains what is theirs. Small groups, individual correction, and the guest coach on the court.

  • Goalkeeper: building from the back, playing with the feet and reading one-on-ones
  • Defender: starting the move, covering and organising the defensive line
  • Winger: one-on-one down the line, far-post crosses and transition
  • Pivot: playing with the back to goal, shielding the ball and first-time finishing
  • Every position: finishing — decision before power

The finish

How the week ends

The last two days are competition, and the closing is what the family sees in the photos.

  • Staff e crianças com as mĂŁos erguidas em comemoração
    days 04 and 05

    Indoor competitions

The best way to learn is putting it into practice in the games. Full mornings and afternoons, with recreational activities in between.

  • Treinador sorrindo em momento candido na arquibancada
    day 05, 8 pm

    Awards ceremony

Recognition for the week. Awards are not the assessment: they are separate, deliberately.

  • Dois treinadores posando com atletas na arquibancada
    after camp

    Certificate of participation

Each athlete's certificate, naming the sport and the session, emailed after the week.

  • Turma completa posando com dois treinadores
    day 06, 10 am

    Departure

Breakfast, bags and the bus back to SĂŁo Paulo.

The nights

What happens after dinner

Every night has a programme. It is where a group of strangers turns into a team — and the first thing the athlete talks about at home.

  • day 05, morning

    H10 Futsal Magic

The Kings League of futsal: the game format that became the camp’s signature, with rules that change mid-match and the whole stand on its feet.

  • day 03, 8 pm

    H10 Futsal Night

Futsal at night on the floodlit court. The futsal party.

  • day 02, 8 pm

    Opening

The night the camp really starts: teams, staff and the edition’s guests are introduced.

  • day 01, 8 pm

    Talk with the Ídolos

An open conversation with guest athletes and coaches — no stage, sitting with the group.

  • days 01 and 02

    Evening activity

Recreational games and whatever the recreation team comes up with. Not training: this is what mixes the group.

  • day 05, 9 pm

    H10 Sports Party

The party that closes the week, right after the awards ceremony.

Recreation

Free time is planned too

There is an hour of free time every day, and it is not empty: the recreation team is there, with an activity for those who want one and quiet for those who do not.

  • Pools and water slide, supervised and with a depth limit

  • Group games between competition blocks

  • A celebration for anyone whose birthday falls during the session
